My clients have always been my highest priority and I take the time to read all messages and will reply by the next two business days (I do take some time off, so weekends and holidays will delay you response).

Since this is a one woman show and I do have a full time job that I LOVE, my customer service hours are geared toward the late evening hours during the week 5PM to 8PM EST, Monday through Friday, 10AM to 2PM Saturday, CLOSED Sunday.
